Wedding Vine Portfolio member Ian MacMichael Photography was recently absolutely delighted to find out that one of their images has been selected for an award in the quarterly contest of the Artistic Guild Wedding Photojournalists Association. This is probably the most prestigious international awards competition in documentary wedding photography.
The AG|WPJA recognises excellence in photojournalistic wedding photography and excellence in creative and artistic editing. The comment from the judges was "Good clean composition and great detail in this edit. Well done."
There are of tens thousands of entries from all over the world into each quarterly competition and 20 winners are selected in each category. "To find out one of our images has been placed so highly in an international contest is amazing." said Ian.
Ian added "It's further recognition of our work and we're now even more determined to continue to produce images of this standard for all our brides and grooms!"
