Andreas, international wedding photojournalist, joins our Portfolio

We're pleased to see that is attracting some of the best international talent!  Most recently we've seen Andreas Avdoulos, a wedding photojournalist based in Toronto, join our invitation-only Portfolio.

Andreas uses a subtle and sensitive approach to documenting wedding day celebrations, whether it's an intimate 20 person wedding in Tuscany or an 800 person, two week affair in San Francisco. His keen sense of nuance, emotion, and detail makes him the right choice for couples that are seeking truly candid, unscripted photography of their wedding day.   His photography is authentic and real, and the couples that choose Andreas as their photographer do so because they are looking for an honest visual representation of their wedding.

He comes with excellent referrals from the likes of Abby Larson from Style Me Pretty as well as featuring in Dolce Vita Magazine's Most Wanted, amongst other great reviews.

Andreas is simply amazing, in a word. I met him back in 2006 in Toronto, having continued to admire his work over the years. When I was engaged last year, not a single doubt crossed my mind as to whom I'd like to document my wedding memories. I needed someone professional, talented, someone I could trust to capture those moments I'll cherish for a lifetime. It was Andreas all the way. He will be photographing my wedding in the Bordeaux region of France this June.

I fell in love with Andreas's photos the minute i saw them on I just knew I wanted him to be the man behind the images of my big day. What I love so much about his photographs are that they have this innocent, natural and fresh style, no group-pictures, just captures of the moments of emotions. The way Andreas plays with the shadwos and the lights is amazing and very special. You will recognize his style everywhere!

His pictures make me think of one of my favourite photographs who is Robert Doisneau. And guess what: Andreas is coming to Paris this August to share my very special day with me and shoot his wonderful black and white photos all over town! I just can't wait!
