Ian spoke to the Wedding Vine just as he had returned from collecting his award for Best British Bridal Designer 2010 in Harrogate.

From the very start, Mark and I shared a united vision of our wedding day. We knew that we wanted an intimate wedding, in a beautiful Zen like space that reflected our personalities, our love of the outdoors and our appreciation of the finer things in life. We found our Shangri-La in Whitewell, deep in the heart of The Forest of Bowland and married at Easter, overlooking the tranquil waters of the River Hodder, surrounded by our family and dearest friends.
