What struck me about the wedding of Sarah and James is how effortlessly stylish everything looked, though hardly surprising given Sarah’s glamourous career in fashion. I love the simple but stunning colour palette of midnight blue and ivory and the sleek silhouette of Sarah’s gown paired with her wonderful Cathedral length veil – she looked simply stunning!
Sarah and James chose Premier Wedding Photography Portfolio member Brett Harkness Photography to capture their special day. Brett is know for his unique and refreshing fashion influenced style.

We wanted a traditional, elegant English countryside wedding, and after visiting many country houses & hotels in Surrey we stumbled upon Lainston House Hotel outside of Winchester. It truly ticked all of our boxes - the beautiful building, the 15th Century barn, and the breathtaking views!
The day itself was traditional and relaxed - we didn't want to try and do anything different for the sake of it - the wedding itself started with hilarity as the vicar didn't show up to the church! From then onwards it literally seemed as if we spent the whole day laughing!
There was no contest who we wanted as our wedding photographer - Brett Harkness photographed my sisters' wonderful wedding in Rome last August and the images he captures are unquestionably the best we have ever seen!
In our opinion, as these are the images that were to capture our day for years to come, it was vital to have someone who we not only trusted to do a fantastic job, but someone who we genuinely liked and wanted to share in our day.

30th September 2010 at 8:36 pmThank you for showing the wedding cake which our company supplied for Sarah and James wedding. You have listed our company at the end of the photographs which has the Wrong Web Address I would be most grateful if this could be changed as future reference would not be received by me and people will not see the cakes that we produce that are very bespoke. Please could you let me know when this has been changed.
regards Sue
